This 5-week program will build a solid base for your athlete and prepare him/her for the upcoming Track and Field Season. We start with building endurance, enhancing form, and overall strength and conditioning. Second phase is creating stamina and developing speed. Your athlete will have an overall fitness level from which they can build on for any running event they choose to pursue. We will focus on strength and conditioning, stamina, form drills and flexibility.
Dates, Times, Locations:
Tuesdays and Thursdays 4-5pm at Monument Valley Park OR
3:30-4:30pm TCA North
with some practices to be held at the Indoor Stadium at the Air Force Academy!
Saturdays – Weekend Races(various times) or practice 10-11:30am on various locations on Santa Fe Trail
Training Begins January 10th and will run through February 18th.

Congratulations to ALL the Landsharks Junior Olympic teams. All your hard work, effort and postitve attitudes paid off at the USATF Colorado Association Junior Olympic Cross Country State Championships at Fountain Creek Regional Park on Nov 5, 2016.
The 8 & under girls placed 2nd and the boys were state champs. Both teams qualified to move onto the regional meet. 9 & 10 girls were 3rd and the boys took 4th, qualifying both teams for the regional meet as well. The 11 & 12 year old girls placed 7th and the boys were 5th, qualifying them for the regional meet. The state championship went to the boys 13 & 14 year old Landshark runners. CONGRATS to all! The regional meet will take place on November 19 at Fountain Creek Park. Qualifiers from this meet head to USATF Nationals in Hoover, Alabama on December 10, 2016.
