This 5-week program will build a solid base for your athlete and prepare him/her for the upcoming Track and Field Season. We start with building endurance, enhancing form, and overall strength and conditioning. Second phase is creating stamina and developing speed. Your athlete will have an overall fitness level from which they can build on for any running event they choose to pursue. We will focus on strength and conditioning, stamina, form drills and flexibility.
Dates, Times, Locations:
Tuesdays and Thursdays 4-5pm at Monument Valley Park OR
3:30-4:30pm TCA North
with some practices to be held at the Indoor Stadium at the Air Force Academy!
Saturdays – Weekend Races(various times) or practice 10-11:30am on various locations on Santa Fe Trail
Training Begins January 10th and will run through February 18th.
